By downloading, installing, or using the Tinnitussaurus mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Paulabac, LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any tinnitus management program. Do not use this App as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Tinnitussaurus offers premium features through subscription plans:
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

Prolonged exposure to loud sounds can cause hearing damage. You are solely responsible for setting and maintaining safe listening volumes. We strongly recommend:
All content, features, and functionality of the Tinnitussaurus App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, and software, are the exclusive property of Paulabac, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paulabac, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, hearing damage, or any health-related issues arising from the use of the App. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of the sound therapy features or any specific health outcomes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of Tinnitussaurus after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
